Welcome to Warbird Wednesday! Today, we’re visiting a Japanese Navy fighter used during WWII, the A6M Zero. Nicknamed “Zeke” the Zero was designed to be highly maneuverable making it a lethal weapon for its time. This aircraft instilled the design philosophy that fighters didn’t have to be the fastest planes in the air, but maneuverability was the best tactic for success.
