The third Friday in September is National POW/MIA Recognition Day.
On that evening, the Palm Springs Air Museum will be holding its fourth annual POW/MIA event.

Dan Pederson, US Navy Captain Retired – creator of the Navy Weapon’s Training Center “TOPGUN”
Matt Holley – deep sea diver involved in the recovery efforts of WWII MIAs in the Marshall Islands in the Pacific for 42 years
FRIDAY EVENING – SEPTEMBER 16, 2022
5:00 – Check-In (enter Miles Hangar south parking lot entrance)
5:30 – National Anthem and Prayer Service
5:45 – Introductions
6:00 – Program – Social Gathering (wine and appetizers served by LULU of Palm Springs)
POWs, POW/MIA/KIA family members, and bracelet donors will be in attendance.
