Known the world over as a “date which will live in infamy,” the devastating events of December 7, 1941 changed the course of history. It was then that a surprise air attack by the Japanese plunged the United States into World War II, claiming thousands of lives. Even today that tragic history is never too far in the past. This program will be an exploration of the events leading up to the raid on Pearl Harbor and in depth look at the personal accounts of its significant participants.
