The Korean War was the first major conflict of the Cold War between the Western powers and the Communist nations in the years following World War Two. Although it lasted only 3 years, it cost millions of lives and devastated both North and South Korea. We’ll discuss why this war is so often overlooked and why it shouldn\’t be in light of current events. Program to be followed by a book sale and signing.
