Halloween Themed Chili Cook-Off & Car Show

From Sơn Tây to the Hanoi Hilton and numerous camps in between, this is the first hand experiences of those who survived it. Although North Vietnam was a signatory of the Third Geneva Convention of 1949, which demanded "decent and humane treatment" of prisoners of war, severe torture methods were employed, including beatings and prolonged solitary confinement.
