American POWs in Vietnam: the Survivors’ Stories

November 4 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

From Sơn Tây to the Hanoi Hilton and numerous camps in between, this is the first hand experiences of those who survived it. Although North Vietnam was a signatory of the Third Geneva Convention of 1949, which demanded “decent and humane treatment” of prisoners of war, severe torture methods were employed, including beatings and prolonged solitary confinement. Come hear the stories and shake the hands of those men who endured so much for the cause of Freedom.

Moderator: Dr. Dave Thompson
